Long delivery, wrong item sent,

Waited a whole week for delivery, and its the wrong waistcoat, which mans now i need to organise a return and re order another one. Even if it was the right one, it came creased and you cant try it on as there is a 'do not remove' attachment round the buttons which i presume if you did remove, cant be refudned or replaced if it doesnt fit. Not great all round
