7. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed on our website. Delivery times and charges are set out on our Shipping page.
We will deliver the goods to the delivery address provided by you. Please ensure that this address is correct. We are not liable for delayed or failed delivery if the address is incorrect or incomplete.
8. Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, unless otherwise agreed.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or Dutch law, including your right to receive products that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
If a product is faulty or misdescribed, please contact us as soon as possible for repair, replacement, or refund.
